- As a Property Tax Consultant, Licensed in the State of Texas, I conducted over 2,000 Tax Protest Hearings that resulted in either a “No-Change” in value or a “Property Tax Reduction”.
- As an Adjunct Professor for Houston Community College, and for The State of Texas, I taught and passed over 1,000 students pursing either their Real Estate License or their Mortgage License.
