Pastor Isaac Oke
We are here to help and provide churches the best financing products available for the purpose of purchasing, refinancing, renovating, and constructing almost any church property. Our group is dedicated to utilizing our many years of professional commercial lending experience to help churches gain access to reasonable and affordable financing. In addition, we always strive to provide excellent customer service experience. We understand that commercial property owners need financing from time to time to help them maintain and improve on one of their most valuable assets. And we know the same is very true of church organizations. We know churches constantly face the challenges of finding funds to implement their community projects. The same challenges are there to manage the growth and needs of their congregation too.
On a personal note, at Christ Apostolic Church, I (Pastor Isaac Oke, Church Loan Specialist) have held various positions as an evangelist, Assistant Pastor, Pastor, and now Senior Pastor for more than fifteen years. I have banking experience and I use my affinity of calculation as a mathematics teacher as well. I attended Western Illinois University in Macomb, IL, earning a Bachelor of Science and went on to Howard University in Washington, D.C. earning a Master’s Degree in City Planning and a Masters of Arts in Education at George Washington University.
With so few lenders in the industry of financing churches, we always commit to making sure that when you work with our group, you are working with a company who cares about your goals and financing objectives. Therefore, it is our goal to help provide financing products to church organizations similar to those available to other types of commercial properties. We love the business of helping to provide financing to church organizations, because we know by doing so we are helping to grow and promote God’s business.
Thank you for visiting our website and we look forward to the opportunity to work and assist you with your financing needs.
