A Maryland native, Shawn Wilson grew up primarily in Baltimore City and has since moved to Southern, Maryland. He is happily married, homeschooling father of five awesome children. He loves family-centered activities, and his favorite vacation spot is Bermuda. One of his favorite hobbies in addition to family activities is performance tuning cars & trucks.
Knowing that he is positioned to help others accomplish their dreams and goals motivates Shawn. He is passionate about this and has spent the last 14+ years in the real estate finance arena assisting individuals, families and real estate owners accomplish their real estate financing dreams.

Family is one of the reasons he chose the mortgage industry as a career back in 2007. He started with originating FHA, VA, USDA and Conventional loans, before transitioning into specializing in Church Lending, to including Small Balance SBA Commercial and Investment Properties.
Shortly after completing his ministerial studies at Spirit of Faith Bible Institute, he was licensed as a minister in his local church. There he developed a passion to help churches achieve some of their ministry assignments through real estate acquisition and development finance.
