The best news is that the process is much quicker than using real estate as collateral. The new church leasing program is similar to our regular church loans because we do not need personal guarantees. You can borrow as much as 100% of the purchase price. Additionally, if the equipment needs installation, you can finance the cost of that too.
Big church purchases can seem out of reach and too difficult to fund. Many churches give up because they have nowhere to turn. Credit cards will not cover the amount needed and capital campaigns can take years. Griffin Capital knew that a financing solution was desperately needed. Therefore, we are introducing our new leasing program designed for churches.
Amount & Processing
We are happy to announce our new church leasing program for amounts ranging from $25k to $200k with very little documentation and fast closing times. If you need to borrow more, the program allows up to $500k with minimal paperwork. To apply, all you need to do is complete our 1-page lease application and send it back to us with the first page of the last 3 months bank statements for each church account. We provide answers within 48 business hours and close in as little as a week with this program.
